A structured path to finding and fixing gaps in your agency’s existing policies, built on the same audit methodology used to build our own bundles: extract your current policy text, cross-check it against the specific Ohio Administrative Code, Ohio Medicaid rules, and federal requirements that apply to your program, and verify every finding against your actual document before reporting it.

HOW IT WORKS

Step One — Diagnostic

We compare your current policy manual against the regulations that apply to your levels of care and service lines. You receive a findings report listing every confirmed deficiency by identifier: either the specific section of your manual that falls short, or the exact regulatory citation your manual doesn’t address at all. This step does not include corrected language, just a clear, actionable list of what’s missing.

$1,997 for a single level of care or service line; $2,247 to $2,497 for multiple levels of care or service lines in scope.

Step Two — Repair

Available only after a completed Diagnostic. We draft and insert corrected or new policy language for every confirmed deficiency directly into your existing manual, matching your current formatting.

$5,000 to $7,500, depending on scope.

Step Three — Monitoring (optional add-on, Repair clients only)

Once your policies are current, ongoing monitoring keeps them that way. Choose the regulatory frameworks that apply to you: Ohio DBH/OAC, Ohio Medicaid, Joint Commission, CARF, CCBHC/SAMHSA, or a combination. Each month you receive a written report confirming no change or delivering updated language if something shifted. Month-to-month, no minimum term, cancel anytime.
